I was first contacted by Nadeem when I was open to opportunities on LinkedIn. He pitched me on a recruitment company which put candidates at the centre. He gave a taster of this by sending a document with my profile to check that he had all the details of my situation just right.
My needs were pretty esoteric as I wanted to work part-time although there were full-time opportunities available.
